Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill with David Childs, the architecture takes inspiration from Chicago’s history, reimagining the iconic Chicago window as floor-to-ceiling glass bays that welcome unparalleled views and natural light. 400 Lake Shore Drive will welcome residents in Spring 2027 and offer a collection of contemporary apartment homes, including 127 affordable residences.
The waitlist for the affordable residences will open on July 28, 2026 at 11 AM CT.
